I was reminded the other day of a quote from Terminator 2, in which John Connor is feeling uncertain as to the future of the Human race, and asks the Terminator whether everyone will make it or not. The Terminator replies by uttering the line:
“It’s in your nature to destroy yourselves”
Now for a hypothetical. Lets say someone is in control of a big red button, which must not be pressed under any circumstances, as pressing the button will destroy the entire world and the controller is prefectly aware of this.
Now, you’ve got to wonder, how many people would willingly choose to press this button, knowing it will destroy everything? That’s one to think about.

That was when my last post was, I would have updated more frequently but I’ve been insanely busy and just haven’t had time.
I’ve gone a little BTTF crazy over the past few weeks. I watched the trilogy through twice, and then watched the first one again until I stopped, thinking that if I saw II and III after it, I’d be doomed to re-watch the trilogy over and over and over. I had some money going spare so I spent it on the novelizations of part II and III and the soundtrack to the first film, which features Huey Lewis, more Huey Lewis, Etta James and Marvin Berry and the Starlighters (the fictional band in the movie).
